The research and fact-finding phase of the Comprehensive Master Plan (CMP) will soon begin, with representatives of Crafton-Tull and DPZ scheduled to hold meetings in Hot Springs Village with the Ad Hoc CMP Steering Committee and others on October 23-24.

A public presentation has been scheduled for  Monday, October 23, at 5 p.m. at the Coronado Community Center.  This is an opportunity to hear from the CMP project team prior to the charrette, which will be held during the weeks of November 27 and December 4. While the charrette will offer residents and other stakeholders the best opportunity to provide input to the CMP, the kick-off meeting on October 23 will provide details about the value of the CMP and what it will mean for current and future property owners.

Thank you for reading this message to stay informed about the status of this important project. We will continue to provide updates each week and look forward to receiving your input during the public charrette.
