Bilingual Customer Service Rep - Part Time (English / Spanish) 2020 Census Needed
The Part Time Bilingual Census Survey Specialist (Customer Service Representative / CSR) working on the CQA (Census Questionnaire Assistance) program will assist the public by researching and responding to frequently asked questions regarding the completion of the 2020 US Census forms. To prepare you for this role, MAXIMUS provides paid, comprehensive training which ensures our customer service representatives care for each caller with the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism.
