President's Message

Greetings all!

I can’t believe we are already half way through 2019. It’s been a year filled with new topics and partnerships for FCHCC.

May was a busy month! FCHCC hosted two great events: “What Keeps you up at Night?” A Risk Management Seminar for Business Owners on May 2nd and United: Developing & Advancing Business Opportunities on May 23rd. Thank you to Northwestern Mutual and Florida Blue for being the presenting sponsors for both events respectively. You can view some of the photos from the events below. Visit fchcc.com for the entire photo gallery from both events.

We are happy to announce our partnership with TPC Sawgrass as the Presenting Sponsor for the 2019 Excellence in Business Awards . Join us on July 24th at 7:30 AM as we celebrate and recognize Small Business owners and Hispanic Leaders for their commitment and dedication in their respective industry. If you are a business owner or would like to nominate one, the deadline to submit your application and nominations for the awards is July 1st . The event will sell out so buy your tickets soon. Information below in this newsletter issue on how to!

Lastly, FCHCC is happy to announce its partnership and sponsorship with the Hispanic Culture Film Festival . As the Hispanic community continues to grow in Northeast Florida, the Hispanic Culture Film Festival will focus on showcasing the origins of and differences amongst the Hispanic community through film, food, wine, art, folklore, music and discussions. Hispanics and non-Hispanics will enjoy a weekend filled with culture and art! Visit our website to learn more!

Sincerely,

Monica Hernandez, MBA
