Region Competitive Event Schedules are Posted

Competitive event times and officer candidate resumes have been posted to the Texas FCCLA Website under the Region Meeting page and under the Competitive Event page. Please note that these schedules will be updated after the competitive event substitution/drop dates prior to each meeting. While the competition day will not change, the team's assigned time MIGHT be updated. The last team listed on the schedule will be moved into any holes that might occur when a drop has been made within that category. Also, we CANNOT accommodate changes in competition times or dates.

State Meeting Call for Workshop Presenters
Chapters that are interested in applying to present a workshop at the State Conference can fill out the application HERE .

Please submit your workshop idea by January, 12, 2018.
Lead Consultant Sign Up
As you know, our events are not possible without the volunteering of FCS teachers to serve as Lead Consultants. You do not need any prior knowledge, and we will make sure you are trained for success! This year, the sign-up is online and you can select which event you would like to assist with.

We are currently still in need of:

Region I: 12 Lead Consultants
Region II: 15 Lead Consultants
Region III: 9 Lead Consultants
Region IV: 21 Lead Consultants
Region V: 23 Lead Consultants

Our competitive events depend on others volunteering as evaluators to provide a fair and positive experience for our members! If you are bringing other adults to the conference, or know of potential volunteers in the area, please let our Evaluator Coordinators know their name and contact information.
