ELDP is NAMIC's flagship education program, designed to advance diversity in the communications industry's executive suites. The series will take the reality genre to an unprecedented level, combining live 24/7 streaming footage with video challenges and competitions playing out across mobile, linear and social platforms. Viewers will be able to watch the series in either English or Spanish, and will have an interactive stake in all phases of the reality show, generating the ultimate engagement for audiences and sponsors.

Essence Communications, a division of Time Inc., announced today it is partnering with Twitter to livestream "Essence Now," a weekly talk show covering all things entertainment, fashion, news and love and relationships.  The latest collaboration for Time Inc. and Twitter, "Essence Now" will be the first live show on Twitter targeting Black women.
