Congratulations to all of our graduates.
The sky's the limit for our Pilibos Eagles to soar.

Key Note Speaker
Dr. Paul J. Narguizian
Dr. Narguizian first walked through the doors of Rose & Alex Pilibos campus in 1975 as a preschool student.  He continued his education at Pilibos and graduated with the class of 1989. He refers to himself as a proud Pilibos "Lifer"!   While pursuing his graduate degrees, he returned  back to Rose and Alex Pilibos as a science teacher, where he taught Life Science and AP Biology.

He received both his bachelors and masters degrees from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and his doctorate from the University of Southern California (USC).  He is currently a professor of Biological Sciences at California State University, Los Angeles and in addition to teaching he is a regular contributor to the journal of The American Biology Teacher.

Wearing his Varsity Lettermen jacket, he addressed the graduating class conveying his philosophy of the 3 "E"s in which he lives by. Engage. Explore. EvolveHe stressed that in life you need all three in order to live effectively and to find success in school, your career, and in life.

Engage - Engage in the world around you.

Explore - Look at the situation and the problem and generate ideas. Contemplate

possible solutions.
Evolve - Constantly change. Modify your behaviors

Dr. Narguizian's keynote address as an alumni and a Pilibos "Lifer" was impactful, leaving the graduating class with the assurance that they too can accomplish all they set forth to do, all the while remaining a proud Armenian and true Pilibos Eagle.
