New Rochelle, NY---- USL released their 71 player roster for the 2016 USL Experience. 71 SYL players earn chance to train in pro USL environment in Cincinnati this April. Westchester Flames is proud of Dom's and Simari's selections. Congratulations to

both! Their selection is from
2015 Summer's Super Y-League competition and Regional Camp.
Their outstanding contributions on the field this 2015 SYL season led to their identification into the National Player Pool.

Director of Coaching, Joao de Souza adds,"Every player's success in their soccer endeavors, is a reflection of their dedication and the club's devotion to develop players to their fullest potential. When players are selected to the next level of achievement, this only solidifies the club's philosophy."

This year's USL Experience will take place Thursday, April 14 through Sunday, April 17, in Cincinnati, Ohio, home to one of USL's newest and most highly anticipated franchises, FC Cincinnati. This event provides the opportunity to interact with professional players and coaching staff and gain access to professional training facilities. Good luck to both Dom
and Simari as they head out to Cincinnati on April 14, 2016.

About the Westchester Flames

Westchester Flames has been part of Westchester 's soccer scene since their inception in 1998. Westchester Flames men's team won their first PDL National Championship in 2001. In the 2000 season, the men's team finished 3rd in the nation and in 2003 the men's team were PDL National Finalists. Also in 2003, the Flames became the first team in USL history to win one championship, move to a higher division, and go to the final in the higher division. In 1996 they made to the PDL National semi finals in Loreto , Texas were they lost 3-2.

Westchester Flames men's team featured former US National Team members Charlie Davis as well as many players who have advanced to MLS and other European Pro Clubs such as: Chris Wingert (Columbus Crew), Jeff Mateo (Columbus Crew), Jordan Cila (Colorado Rapids), Andre Akpan (Colorado Rapids), Carlos Mendes (Red Bulls), Christian Camacho (America de Calle, Colombia ), John Grande ( Austria ) to name a few as well as many others.
