Congratulations to the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce
for another successful golf outing!
It was truly our pleasure to serve as one of this year's hole sponsors. We enjoyed the wonderful weather, mingling with the golfers, and most importantly providing a $1,000 grant to a very deserving not-for-profit Chamber member. And the winner is...
Congratulations to Mutual Ground, a not-for-profit organization working to provide a safety net of services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Mutual Ground was chosen as the recipient organization for the $1,000 grant given by the Community Foundation at this year's golf outing.
Each golfer had the opportunity to place their business card in a bucket at the Community Foundation's sponsored hole. During the reception, Chamber Chairperson, Linda Pilmer picked Blake Pattermann's business card and Blake recommended Mutual Ground to receive the $1,000 grant!
