- Aaron and his sons follow Moses' instructions and offer sacrifices so that God will forgive the people. (9:1-24)

HAPPY PASSOVER and SPRING BREAK
We had an amazing Community Seder on Saturday with over 60 people in attendance. Great thanks to Ritual, led by Sue and Rob Goldstein, and all the volunteers that helped with all aspects of this event. It shows what great things we can do when we all work together.
On April 22 at 12:15 pm, we will be having our annual meeting. There will be a lot of information concerning finances, membership, and our future. There will be some frank conversations about what we want Congregation Ner Tamid to be and proposals for how to get us there. I ask that you make attending this meeting a priority. We will be providing lunch and childcare.
We have sent out the notice of this meeting, as well as an evite. Please reply as soon as possible. If you have not gotten an invitation or notice, please contact me at
and let me know how many will be coming to the meeting.
I look forward to seeing you at the annual meeting.
CALLING ALL JEWISH CAMPERS
We have reached that time of year where we distribute the money in the
Heidi Meyer Camp Scholarship Fund. For a camper to be eligible for a scholarship they must be attending a Jewish summer camp. Click here for the form that must be completed. Please return the form to CNT or email it to
. The deadline for submitting the form is April 22, 2018. Due to the closeness of camp starting there will be
NO EXCEPTIONS on the deadline.
The Ritual Committee would like to thank everyone for attending our annual Passover Seder. I
t was wonderful being with so many friendly faces and having a very enjoyable evening with a wonderful Seder led by Rabbi Prass.
We would like to thank everyone for pitching in and
bringing a delicious dish, and for helping with the
set-up and the clean-up. We
could not have done it without

As part of my bar mitzvah project, I will be helping a shelter for
homeless teens, Covenant House, by collecting socks for the teens
sheltered there. At Covenant House, homeless teens are sheltered
and cared for, but they are always in need of new clothes and other necessities. Please donate any new or unused socks you can to these
homeless teens. I will have a collection bin at the temple,
or you can find me most Sunday mornings and Friday nights.
