CONIFER VILLAGE
at OAKCREST
Capitol Heights, MD

Conifer Village at Oakcrest is a brand new senior apartment community located in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Fence & Deck Connection partnered with Griffith Brothers, Inc. to facilitate site development, fencing and railing requirements.

The photo to the right shows the decorative site fencing that encloses the grounds of the Conifer Village at Oakcrest, which includes a four foot arched pedestrian gate with a push button security lock.  Our involvement with the Oakcrest project continues below.

STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FENCING
Black vinyl chain link fencing was installed to protect tenants from the facility's storm water management area.




ADA COMPLIANT RAILING
A custom steel railing with an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant grab rail was installed on a ramp to one of the facility's many senior friendly amenities.
 



MAINTENANCE ENCLOSURES
An 8 foot board on board pressure treated wood fence was chosen to enclose the maintenance area of the Conifer Village at Oakcrest's grounds.



RETAINING WALL FENCING
Custom manufactured, 3 member steel pipe railing with black vinyl chain link fabric atop a keystone block retaining wall by Griffith Brothers Inc. Aluminum site fencing (top) continues around the entire property.
