The time has come to share our big news. Every year government representatives, industry professionals, association managers, and current & future neighborhood leaders join together to share ideas and celebrate best practices in Florida's neighborhoods. This year's annual Florida Neighborhoods Conference will be hosted October 13-15, and it is our great pleasure to announce that the conference will be right here in Sarasota County!
As the host of this year's Florida Neighborhoods Conference, Sarasota County would like your help putting together a first-class event. We can't wait to showcase our beautiful community. If you have a neighborhood success story (or a few!), please consider submitting a presentation proposal (download the instructions). It's time to highlight the work our neighbors have been performing to make Sarasota County a premier place to live and play!
And don't forget to guide the Neighborhood Services programming discussion by completing our survey. So far we've heard the two most common concerns among neighborhoods in Sarasota County are communication and participation among neighborhood residents. The survey takes between 5-10 minutes, and will close at 5pm on Wednesday, March 16. Forward this email to others who may want to take the survey as well.
