A Bioneers by the Bay Conference presented by the
Marion Institute, will be returning to historic Downtown New
Bedford, MA, on October 21-24, 2010.
Connecting for Change is a four-day, SOLUTION BASED gathering that
brings together a diverse audience to create deep and positive
change in their communities.
We
are planning an unforgettable weekend of live keynote speakers
[including Greg Mortenson, Van
Jones and Annie Leonard], afternoon
workshops, FAMILY programming, an extensive Youth Initiative
program, a downlink from Bioneers San Rafael [www.bioneers.org], an
exhibition hall featuring sustainable businesses and organizations,
films, music, art installations, a farmers' market and local &

in 1993, the Marion Institute is a member based non-profit that
acts as an incubator for a diverse array of programs and
projects and that delve into the root cause of an issue and seeks
to create deep and positive change. We work with individuals,
schools and communities to inspire change in the areas of health
