Compliance Update-- Securing emails that contain HIPAA information isn't just smart, it's law. Did you know that our email provider has a built in system to secure emails sent externally that contain Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)? The recipient receives the email with instructions to open the message.  Want to ensure that the message you are sending is secured? Put #secured in the subject or body of the email.  Need some help? You can find instructions on the shared drives in the Email Encryption Instructions folder inside the 00_User Forms directory.

Thank you for all you do!

Clothing Recycling Bins--Easterseals NH has partnered with Apparel Impact, a NH-based Textile Recycler and Community Support Company to collect clothing, shoes and other textiles through the placement of 'Clothing Recycling Bins' throughout New England.
By partnering with Apparel Impact in collecting and recycling; Easterseals is able to raise funding to support our mission, create jobs, divert textile waste from landfills and provide local needy families with free or reduced cost clothing.
So please donate to these co-branded Apparel Impact / Easterseals NH bins and help raise funds, create jobs, help the environment, and support needy families. Just look for the Easterseals decal on Apparel Impact bins throughout New England and donate *(for convenient access, there is a bin placed at the front entrance of the ESNH 555 Auburn St. Facility)!

Wine Wrap UP!  The 14th Annual Winter Wine Spectacular for Easterseals NH sponsored by RiverStone Resources LLC and presented by The New Hampshire Wine and Liquor Outlets as the largest event of Wine Week 2017, was a huge success with more than 1,800 varieties of wine, scrumptious food from local restaurants and specialty food shops, wine makers from around the world, and the generosity of 1,600 attendees. The Radisson Hotel in Manchester played host to this hugely popular event that raised more than $175,000 to help young children with disabilities and special needs served by Easterseals NH. A HUGE thank you to all Easterseals staff who volunteered to make the night a spectacular success!
