March 28, 2018
Preparations are in full swing for another inspiring Holy Week at Prince of Peace. It is the apex of the church year as we experience in one week the center of our faith revealed in the death and resurrection of Jesus. The tomb is empty. Sin and death reign no more. We are freed by the cross to reject the world's narratives of fear and self-centerdness. We are free to live in hope and to live for the sake of those in need around us. Please join us in times of contemplation, repentence, and celebration, as we tell the sacred stories of salvation together in community.

Details for all three days of Holy Week and the Easter celebration are included below. We also invite you to watch our presiding Bishop's Easter message for the church. We will look forward to seeing all of you this week and celebrating the resurrection news together.

Rain or shine! Questions?
"Around the World in 80 Minutes”, created and performed by Dr. Jeannine and David Jordan, is a fast-moving concert that features unique global organ repertoire by native composers, and is as exciting as it sounds. A great journey around the world that transcends the boundaries of countries, religions, nationalities, time periods and styles. Bringing people together through music, visuals and the grandeur of the organ. Celebrating the fascinating diversity of the music of the world.A free will offering will be taken with all proceeds going to support future music concerts at Prince of Peace.

THE UNDIVIDED LENTEN JOURNEY

We have concluded our 5-week Lenten journey, where we together explored an UNdivided life of discipleship. We hope and pray that our 5 week Lenten journey was a time of reflection and challenge, while growing together in community.

Questions? Feedback for next year? Please let us know your thoughts by filling out this brief survey.

Adult Education, "Engage", begins again on Sunday, April 8 with a new series "Seeing Through the Eyes of Scripture" taught by Pastor Jonathan.
LENTEN PARTNER: NEST

Thank you , POP community, for so strongly supporting NEST Community Learning Center during the UNdivided Journey! This Lent, we partnered with NEST to support their transformational program to help break the cycle of poverty of almost 1,000 Loveland youth with nutrition and education. We have raised over $5,325 to date , which is over 2 times our end end of March goal of 500 Weekend Energy Packs ($5/pack)! WOW!

Watch this video to learn how you can be a volunteer tutor with NEST ongoing!
