Volume 6, Issue 5 | May 2017

Well, another month gone by and with June almost upon us, my soul is feeling more celebratory and free. First, because it will be my birthday month, and second, because I tend to do more outdoorsy activities in the summer, particularly in nature, which makes me feel more free.
As I continue my studies in an advanced course in prosperity, I find myself more and more in a celebratory and free state of beingness. I'm really starting to internalize that if Spirit takes care of the ravens and the lilies, then Spirit takes care of me. It's a peaceful place to be. It is up to me to not block Source from bestowing abundance and prosperity in all forms on me, starting first with my consciousness. I have the choice to recognize Life's innate goodness and work within Its laws, and am free to create my own experiences. As are you.
We are blessed.

Inspiration and Contemplation
A Wonderful World
"When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bonds, your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great, and wonderful world." - Patanjali
Gratitude Brings Me Joy!
I was feeling a little down by the end of yesterday, bummed that my extra day off from work for the Memorial Day holiday (without pay due to being on a contract) turned out to be filled a lot more with administrative chores than with time to relax, which I had so been looking forward to. When I got into bed last night, I thought a good remedy for this ailment would be to write a gratitude list - there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for; so I journaled and made a gratitude list. Then this morning I came upon the reading below that I had saved quite some time ago, and just had to smile - thank You, Spirit, for providing me with the synchronicity, the reminders, and above all, Your Presence.

Gratitude brings me joy!

According to the Law of Increase, what I focus on multiplies. Knowing this, I refrain from dwelling on my challenges and struggles. I choose instead to center my thoughts on what brings me happiness - my friends and family, beloved pets, satisfying work and interests, the beauty of nature, and so much more. As I appreciate the blessings in my life, they multiply abundantly.

I joyously and continuously give thanks for my ever-increasing good and stand in awe of the activity of God. As I dwell in the energy of gratitude, its radiance expands within me, blessing not only myself, but also those around me.

You have multiplied the nation, you have increased its joy; they rejoice before you as with joy at the harvest. - Isaiah 9:3
