Customers come to Carver Machine Works time after time because our quality is second to none. We take the time to vet out the design to build plan and ensure it's the most functional for manufacturability. Oftentimes we provide feedback to improve the design that can decrease cost but increase the life cycle. We are able to do this with our experienced Project Management Staff, comprised of six engineers and over 155 years of industry experience.
Carver Machine Works has a longstanding relationship improving design to build components for manufacturability. This Titanium Rotating Assembly enclosed in a Gr.2 Titanium vat exercises all of our services and capabilities (

Our design to build services regularly encompass pressure vessels built to ASME Code. We have our
ASME "U" and National Board "R" stamp to allow us to build and repair pressure vessels. Here are a pair of 304 Stainless Steel Pressure Vessels awaiting final inspection of the hydro was completed and witness by the Authorized Inspector (AI).
