John 6:1-14 (KJV)
1 After these things Jesus went over the sea of Galilee, which is the sea of Tiberias.
2 And a great multitude followed him, because they saw his miracles which he did on them that were diseased.
3 And Jesus went up into a mountain, and there he sat with his disciples.
4 And the passover, a feast of the Jews, was nigh.
5 When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?
6 And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do.
7 Philip answered him, Two hundred pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may take a little.
8 One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, saith unto him,
9 There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many?
10 And Jesus said, Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.
11 And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would.
12 When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost.
13 Therefore they gathered them together, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves, which remained over and above unto them that had eaten.
14 Then those men, when they had seen the miracle that Jesus did, said, This is of a truth that prophet that should come into the world.

As I drove to Sam's early this morning, I took my usual route.
This route passes a friend of mine's Church which is located on a corner of a very busy intersection.
This is the same Church I wondered about and inquired of when I noticed they had erected GATES to their parking lots?
This wonderful Pastor eagerly responded to my inquiry, telling me they erected the gates to prevent tractor trailers from destroying their pavement!
As I approached the intersection, I noticed a van parked in the corner of the Church and spotted my dear Pastor friend sitting in a lawn chair!!??
All around him were signs wishing all a "MERRY CHRISTMAS" and another sign proclaiming the REASON he was sitting in the chilly morning air.
A very large sign proudly proclaimed:

CONVERSATION CORNER!!!"
"
FREE COFFEE!"
I quickly rolled down by window as he recognized me.
I told him I would be right back.
I stopped by Chic Fil A and got us a biscuit, returned as I had promised, and sat in the cold and shared breakfast.
He told me the story of how and what he was doing.
Twice a week, he or members of his Church sat up camp on his corner and simply waved at the passerby's and invited ALL to stop and fellowship AND gave out FREE coffee.
While I fellow-shipped with him, another gentleman stopped his car and approached us with a TESTIMONY!!
He was a retired Army paratrooper who had stopped by a few weeks earlier.
He said, "I was sick in body and spirit that day and having a financial problem!
The LADIES who manned the station that day PRAYED for me and I was HEALED instantly AND my financial problem was dissolved!!!!"
CAN YOU SMILE AND SAY PRAISE THE LORD!!!
I then inquired of my Pastor friend, "HOW did you come up with this great idea?????"

Pastor Eddy told me that in an Evangelical meeting a short while before, a TWELVE YEAR OLD lad had given him the idea-TWELVE YEAR OLD BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just this morning, as I lay awake and PRAYED, I PRAYED this old song over myself:

JESUS USE ME, O LORD DON'T REFUSE ME.
SURELY THERE'S A WORK THAT I CAN DO.
EVEN THOUGH ITS HUMBLE, HELP MY WILL TO CRUMBLE.
THOUGH THE COST BE GREAT I'LL WORK FOR YOU!!!"
GOD CAN DO GREAT THINGS THROUGH ANYONE THAT DO NOT CARE WHO GETS THE CREDIT/GLORY!!!!
