Windy Winery to Host an Informal Grape Pruning Workshop  

 

When:  Jan. 24, 2015

Time: 10AM-Noon

Cost: $10.00

Wear weather appropriate clothes and boots

Bring pruning shears

Lunch will be served at Noon 

 

August will present an informal grape pruning session geared towards those who have expressed an interest in learning  more about growing grapes  this  includes hands on demonstrations.   Several have expressed interest in grapevine cuttings; please bring newspaper, plastic covering to wrap them in and a container to take them home in.

Come to the winery and experience the full flavors of delicious wine by Windy Winery!  Experience wine from the perspective of the vintner and learn about the evolution of wine making (well how wine making has evolved here at our winery).  This is a casual, yet fun and delicious way to learn all about wine making!

The Wine & Chocolate Trail is a wonderful way to celebrate Valentine's Day. For four days on the first two weekends in February 2015, your trail ticket allows you to sample two wine tastings paired with a wonderful chocolate delicacy at each of the SEVEN member wineries along the Texas Bluebonnet Wine Trail.
