SPACE, the SKIRVIN PASEO ARTIST CREATIVITY EXPOSITION, is a unique urban Artist in Residency program in which emerging visual artists who are members of the Paseo Arts Association can apply for a yearlong on-site residency in Oklahoma City’s premier downtown landmark hotel, the Skirvin Hilton.

The Skirvin’s Artist Residency program offers a working art studio and gallery that is open to the public during established business hours as well as a $1,000 per month stipend and complimentary meals in the hotel to a selected artist each year.

What's New in July
What does summer mean to you? For Diana Tunnell it’s, “Blue Fish and Baseball”. There will be music in the courtyard and, maybe an old-fashion ice cream social to complement the new fashioned works.
CMG Gallery
Nicki Albright will be this month's featured artist. Albright's glass works reception will coincide with First Friday. And don't forget to be on the lookout for updates about the CMG Art Gallery 1st Year Anniversary Celebration this August.
Contemporary Art Gallery

Vikki McGuire will be the July featured artist. Vikki’s theme is “Trees.” She says, “As I walk through the aspens they sing to me. I’m all about color, and acrylic paint allows me the freedom to paint with intense and exaggerating color.” The show will continue through July 30.

In Your Eye Gallery
The latest exhibit titled, “Red, White and New,” opens this Friday. The show will feature all of the IYE resident artists and celebrates Independence Day for the entire month.
JRB Art at the Elms
“Art of the Nude” is a celebration of the sensual human body. “The difference between pornography and art is lighting” says Joy Reed Belt, director of JRB Art at The Elms. Various art mediums from dozens of artists have been beautifully curated for the inaugural show opening that coincides with the First Friday Gallery Walk.

OK Shakespeare in the Park 
Liz Duffy Adams' playful comedy Or, is based on the real life of Britain's first female playwright Aphra Behn. Directed by Laura Standley and featuring Artistic Director, Kathryn McGill, the production runs July 13 through July 23 at 2920 Paseo in the Paseo Arts District.
OK Shakespeare in the Park: Gallery
A show titled, “Native American Body of Art”, will be displayed through July 28. The show features both the female and male perspective of nude Native American artwork. This show is meant to highlight the new direction and dialogue of Native American people.
Paseo Art Space
The Print on Paseo is Paseo Arts Association's juried printmaking exhibition. It is open to all types of printmaking ranging from traditional style to contemporary. Through this exhibition, the Paseo Arts Association aims to represent and spotlight the depth and diversity of Oklahoma printmakers. 
Paseo Art Works
Sheila Minnich is the guest artist for July. She loves to teach and volunteers at SmartArt for the homeless shelter. Her works have been published in several magazines and she has won numerous awards.
Paseo Gallery One
Visit during the month of July to view works from our seven local artists and featured guest artists Jason Wilson, Martin Manrique, Berta Santos Pinet, Edna Woofter, Carla Waugh, and Leslie Waugh Dallam, and Matt Lavoie.
Prairie Arts Collective
The featured artist for July, Linda Hiller, will join us in the gallery First Friday evening and be available to discuss her work. Her collection of celestial-inspired art will be featured throughout the month.
Studio Six
This month’s featured artist is Mariah Addis. Addis is a local ceramicist and says, “I’m intrigued by concepts of growth and totality, of movement and rigidity. How these concepts interact, how they collude and collide with each other is something I try to explore in my work.”
Su Casa
The month of July will feature some of our "Greatest Hits.”  Work from Ernesto Sanchez, Johnny Trammell, Pam Klepper, Beth Pemberton and Michelle Milligan will be on display. Don’t forget to check out the needlepoint classes and a shop full of elegant home accessories.
The Paseo Plunge
Native Pop is a show that will showcase some of today's top Native American street, progressive, contemporary, and pop artists from around the country. This show will highlight a new path for Native American Art featured in Indian Country as well as continue the dialogue that "we" as Native people are still here. As society changes, art is musing of that change, this will be evidence of how Native Americans also change with the times.
