hurricane update Coral Gables Mayor Issues Emergency Evacuation Order
Coral Gables Mayor Raul Valdes-Fauli has signed an emergency evacuation order relating to Hurricane Irma.
All individuals residing in Zone A (as indicated in red area on the map below) within the limits of the City of Coral Gables are being asked to evacuate. The evacuation order is effective tomorrow Thursday, September 7 at 7 a.m. Coral Gables residents in  the evacuation zones should seek shelter with a friend or relative, or find the nearest public shelter by clicking here

Garbage, Recycling and Trash Pick Up Continues on Thursday and Friday

Please note that the City of Coral Gables will continue its regular garbage, recycling and trash pick up for tomorrow Thursday, and Friday, September 7 and 8, respectively. It WILL include the regular bulk pick up, but please be considerate of the situation and do not place additional items, as City crews will be working hard in the next two days to continue the citywide collection service before the arrival of the storm.
