Stabilization is the first stage of reconditioning your body so that you can safely begin an exercise program. Jeanne has designed a two-class program to help you stabilize your core. Each class will include step-by-step instruction and a sequence of gentle movements.
Patients who have taken the class report that what they've learned has helped them to safely get back on the path to regular physical exercise. And they enjoyed the class!
