The past several months have been full of changes, and again, we thank you for your patience and support. Your efforts to partner with the Cornerstone project team as we identify and resolve issues, test solutions and continue to stabilize and update the systems and processes enable us to continue to manage day-to-day operations efficiently. As we near the end of the fiscal year, you can expect to receive guidance from the Controller’s Office and Procurement on year-end close processes and schedules.

HR/Payroll Business Process Redesign (BPR) Initiative Has Kicked Off
The team will focus on: understanding current state processes, developing consistent and aligned future state business processes, and developing change management process for transition to a Cloud-based software solution. Read more.
Financial Report #072 (General Ledger Transaction Summary) Now Available
The “RU GL Report 072 (GL Transactions Summary Report),” which is similar to the RIAS Source Summary report, is available through the Financial Reporting Center. Report #072 displays transaction totals at a summary level for a fiscal period, by natural account. Read more.

Summaries of the Q&As sessions hosted by Grant and Contract Accounting to discuss recent changes to the Change in Source Funds and Salary and Wage Redistribution and Justification forms are now available. Learn more.
An inventory of reports in production, testing and development is now available on the Cornerstone website.
The Managing Change section has been updated to include more helpful and relevant resources to help you understand and manage organizational change.
The FAQs for all projects have been updated to include the most up-to-date answers to your questions about how to use the systems and processes to support our new ways of working.
