Welcome Julie Mickelberry, Vice President
for Community Engagement, Planned Parenthood
                               California Central Coast
Julie oversees education, marketing and outreach         programs for the five Planned Parenthood Health
Centers through out the Tri-County area.

Extreme politicians in Congress are threatening to introduce legislation to " defund" Planned Parenthood. This misnamed effort would enact cruel laws to block millions of patients who depend on Medicaid or other public health care programs from accessing care at Planned Parenthood health centers. Make no mistake: These politicians' ultimate goal is to shut down Planned Parenthood health centers nationwide. If that happens, Planned Parenthood patients would lose their chosen provider, and many would have nowhere else to turn for health care.

An estimated one in five American women has relied on Planned Parenthood for care in her lifetime.

MEMBERSHIP MATTERS!

Many visitors to our monthly brunches decide to join the group, either through the regular membership or Premier membership. Proceeds we raise through the year go toward funding our group, but our profits go directly into the Scholarship Fund!

This will be our 9th year of sponsoring young Conejo Valley graduating senior young women with scholarships ranging from $500 - $1000 each. We have awarded nearly $34,000, to date, and are looking forward to 2018's scholarship contest! Many of these young women have gone on to graduate college and enter their adult lives in public service, teaching, medicine, politics, finance, etc

There are two tiers of membership:

Regular Membership: $25 per year, and each brunch is $25.00
Premier Membership: $99 per year, each brunch is just $20.00, and you'll get a custom name badge and name in our Scholarship program!

Please go online through ActBlue and become a member.

THANK YOU! MEMBERSHIP MATTERS!
