Thank you for taking the time to complete your Honors and AP Interest forms in Canvas last week. As we move through March, let us use the time of Lent to reflect on our Lord and Savior and what He has done to free us from our sins.

The Homework Center will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:45 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. in room 202 . Princeton Review Practice ACT
Princeton Review will be hosting a FREE practice ACT on Saturday, March 31 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the MPR for all CLHS Sophomores and Juniors. Help Children Cope in the Face of National Tragedy
Whenever there's a national tragedy, whether it's a hurricane or an act of terrorism, it's important to remember that kids may be experiencing increased levels of stress or anxiety. Even if they're not personally affected, exposure to traumatic events through the media or in conversations can affect a child's emotional well-being.   Click here to read an article from the OCDE Newsroom on tips to help children cope with national tragedy.
Learning Success Program
Any LSP student enrolled in an AP class that has approved accommodations through College Board is eligible to use those for the exam scheduled in May.  If you would like to use your accommodations, please review the request procedure and complete the request form. All requests and form are due back to Mrs. Oliver by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 29, 2018.  If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Oliver as soon as possible. Click Here to access the request form.
Tip of The Week
Make a to-do list every day! Put the most important tasks at the top, even if they're things you're dreading, and tackle them first. Include things you want to do on your list too, so that you have items you're looking forward to doing. Try motivating yourself with a reward if you get to everything on your list.
