It's time: Re-registration and Course Selection
This year Trinity is combining the re-registration and course selection into one process. Your students received detailed instructions, information, and packets in an assembly on Tuesday, February 6. This email is to help bridge the gap between student and parent, and facilitate a seamless registration and selection process.
Important Financial Information: FACTS

FACTS Grant & Aid applications are available online , as well as through the Trinity website . Information about FACTS and a detailed list of required documentation can be found on this document . All Grant and Aid applications,  with all appropriate documentation , are due Tuesday, April 17 .

A Tuition Assistance Workshop will take place on  Wednesday, March 13 , from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. for any family needing assistance with filling out the FACTS Grant and Aid.

**These deadlines are not set by Trinity, and cannot be negotiated. Please look into completing them as soon as possible, so you are able to complete and gather all needed documentation, as well as ask any questions you may have. Questions regarding these processes may be directed to Mrs. Devon Ban.
Re-registration and Course Selection
Before registering for courses, students should take some time to think carefully about a number of items: Trinity's graduation requirements (find them in the Course Selection Book), future college or career goals, NCAA requirements (if playing sports in college is a possibility or interest), and possible interests which may be facilitated by electives offered by Trinity. Students may schedule a meeting with their school counselor ( Ms. Wilson or Mrs. Stock) for help with the course selection process. Parents and students can find many details about courses and requirements in the Course Selection Book.

You should follow the following steps for course selection and registration:

1. Fill out the course selection/registration form appropriate for your graduation year. All students were given the appropriate form in homeroom on Tuesday, February 6, but are also available below. The deadline for both course selection and re-registration is  Tuesday, March 6 . They must be completed together and any student who does not return these combined documents will have their classes chosen for them by the Studies Office, but will not receive a 2018-19 schedule of classes until re- registration is completed. A re-registration fee of $150 per student is also due at this time.

2. Complete registration online on the Parent MMS Portal. Registration opens on Friday, February 9, and closes at midnight on Monday, March 5 . Images with screenshots can be found on our website , which will walk you through the process.

3. Fill out the Transportation Form --This form is required by your public school district and Trinity High School (whether your student will ride a bus or not). On this form, select the public school district in which you reside. The completed form must be returned to the Trinity Business Office by Tuesday, April 17 . Certain school districts also require an additional form. If you live in Mechanicsburg School District , Cumberland Valley School District , Central Dauphin School District , Harrisburg School District , or Susquehanna Township School District , please click the appropriate link and complete the additional form. Please turn in both the Trinity Transportation form and your district specific form at the same time.

4. Required ONLY IF you want to be considered for tuition assistance. The deadline is Tuesday, April 17 . Find information and the application online.

Questions or problems regarding course selection can be directed to Miss Poplaski .
