Create the life you want with a vision board.
Sure, you can repin a Pinterest board or use software to create a digital vision board. But the act of picking over, selecting and gluing images and inspirational words onto a poster builds that connection synergy in our minds. And
the collective energy of a group setting takes this vision creation to the next level.
After a short yoga practice or meditation to get you in the right frame of mind, you'll spend the morning creating a vision board. Then, enjoy a light lunch and indulge in a chair massage and/or paraffin hot wax hand treatment. After lunch, pick from several short interactive break-out sessions and learn about the subtle energies of reiki, tai chi,
Access Consciousness® and more.
"Subtle energy" refers to the medium through which consciousness acts on the realm of matter and energy. You may recognize these energies as chi or prana. Consciousness has a direct impact on manifested reality.

What's Your Type? An Ayurveda Workshop Friday, Oct. 7, 6:00-7:30pm, $25

Ayurveda (Ayur = life, Veda = science or knowledge
) is a science of life.
Thousands of years before modern medicine provided scientific evidence for mind-body connection, sages of India developed Ayurveda, which continues to be one of the most sophisticated and powerful health systems.
The guiding principles of Ayurveda are that:
1. the mind and the body are inextricably connected
2. nothing has more power to heal and transform the body than the mind
By attending this workshop, you will get:
- The philosophy of Ayurveda, descriptions of doshas, vocabulary, and an understanding of the traditional healing process, known as PanchaKarma ("five actions")
- Determination of your own prakruti, or your own unique doshic constitution
- Description of symptomology associated with vikruti, or doshic imbalances, as well as actions one can take to keep your doshas in balance associated with seasonal changes
- A brochure you can keep with you always to help you make food choices based on your prakruti, as well as the notes from the lecture, recipes, helpful suggestions, and more!

New Tai Chi session
Nov. 7-Dec. 19, $42
The next tai chi session will be just seven weeks, due to the holidays.
Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced classes meet Monday evenings.
Introductory class meets Wednesday mornings if there's enough interest.

Enjoy a highly aerobic first hour with warm up, drills and the monthly feature which include rhythms, musical interpretation, veils, zills and many more. Practicing combinations and choreography will be the last portion of the class.
Preregistration preferred but drop-ins are welcome!

Make Friends With the Wall
Oct. 21, 6:30-8:00pm

This class uses the wall as a prop to assist with alignment, encourage strength, build trust and see what it feels like to really lean into everything we are!
The wall is a great way to engage lazy muscles, stabilize shaky areas and start playing with poses we often fear.
This is not a restorative class, we will flow and play with arm balances occasionally.
Expect lots of sweat, fun and a juicy savasana.
