From the proud tradition of Asturian farmhouse blue cheeses, we bring you Monje. Made in Panes for over 100 years, one of the 4 towns where these blues are made (Cabrales, Valdeon & Picos de Europa). It is made with raw cow's milk and is wrapped in maple leaves as well as an attractive gold foil. Its complex flavor will unfold in layers on your palate. Robust and creamy.
