"I am so excited to be a finalist for Critical Mass. I just wanted to let you know that I was contacted by The British Journal of Photography and they are featuring me in their November Issue! When I looked at the list of jurors I saw that she (Lauren Heinz) was indeed on the list. I am thrilled and thought you might like to know this outcome."
-Tara Bogart, past Critical Mass participant
"This happened as a direct result of my submitting the work to this year's Critical Mass. I was a finalist.
Claire O'Neill, NPR photoblog editor, served as a juror and later contacted me. Thank you for providing the forum to have my work seen."
- Arthur Drooker, past Critical Mass participant
"I have exhibited and sold work by Heather F. Wetzel - she is now in my gallery with her work. We started to work with Freya Najade and sold her work in my agency...there were many more [Critical Mass participants] I am in contact with."
-Regina Anzenberger, Regina Anzenberger Agency, Critical Mass juror
"I have to tell you how I am using the Critical Mass 2012 CD with all the entrants' submissions on it. I am going through and looking at each one of the entries, reading the artist statement and looking at the ten images. Yes, it will take me a long time but this is the most amazing way to get a sense of where contemporary photography is today. Even if nothing else were to come of my having submitted work to Critical Mass, this CD would be well worth the entry fee! Thank you."
