Each monthly edition will highlight our member of the month, class updates, and upcoming events. Regular features include:

Member of the Month - Rick Marinacci

Rick represents our community so well – he gives tirelessly during our events.

He is our unofficial one man welcome committee to athletes coming into the 7:30 Beginners Class, a class he has attended for so long that the class time became his nickname “Seven thirty!!!"

If you haven't had a chance to try out Kettlebell Jane's Saturday morning KB class or Fred's Sunday Spartan class, you're missing out!

Kettlebell Class - Saturdays 7:30am
Spartan - Sundays 3:30pm
Our Endurance classes will resume shortly; Dr. Lauren is chomping at the bit to get back to it after delivering baby Ashton!

Challenge of the Month

July Challenge: Complete as many burpees as possible in 60 seconds to a six inch target.

You can either post a video or ask a coach to score you. We'll be posting scores throughout the month on the Achievement Board. You can have as many attempts as you'd like but this challenge must be completed in July!

Top Male and Female will get a free CFJC T-shirt, customized with their nickname! BOOM!
