Back to School Community Immunity
In addition to physicals and vaccines we offer health education. Here, Rosario Clarke, a graduate of the Lay Health Promoter Program, teaches proper hand washing.
We are very grateful to the group of volunteers from Pfizer who helped with our clinics. Here one of the employees leads the kids in a game of Simon Says while they wait for their physicals.
Is everyone ready for school on Tuesday?!
Thanks to our Annual Back to School Community Immunity Clinics and the generosity of our volunteers and donors, many area kids are ready for their first day!
On Friday, August 18th and Saturday, August 19th we provided Back to School physicals, dental and vision screenings, and free immunizations to nearly 200 neighborhood children.
Thanks to everyone who made this year's Back to School a great success!

Backpacks galore! In addition to giving out school supplies at our Back to School Clinics, we also held a resource day. More than 200 children of Crossover patients came to resource day and received backpacks and supplies. A huge thanks to everyone that donated these items!
CrossOver volunteers make a difference every day in the lives of patients, families, and the community.
Currently we have high demand for Dentists, Nurses, and OBGYN/WNP.
