There are two chances this week to salute some of our council's top volunteers!

STEMboree In April 

Registration for STEMboree is now open! The event is for Cub Scouts and their families and takes place April 1 at the AISD Applied Technology Center at Anderson High School. There will be awesome STEM and NOVA presentations, a hands-on periodic table, lasers, rockets, chemicals, engineering, moon rocks, NASA, Science, Math, and much, much more! $8 per youth if you register online; $10 at the door (parents are free).

Is Your Webelos Ready To Be A Boy Scout? 

Webelos Extreme Adventure Camp gives your Webelos Scout a chance to do all of the really fun outdoor activities that he'll enjoy in Boy Scouting! Plus, he'll start learning how to work together in a patrol of his peers. It's happening July 16-19 at Lost Pines Scout Reservation. There is a parent and leader orientation on April 26 at the Frank Fickett Scout Training and Service Center.

Day Camp Registration Is Underway!   

Registration for Cub Scout Day Camp is in full swing! You can sign up as a family or as a pack. This Summer's theme is "Bug Hunters". Each Day Camp has a little different twist with different activities. You can sign up for as many of them as you would like your son to attend. 14 different locations with fun at each!

Sign Up For TechLab: Rainforest 

Our best in class STEAM Day Camp asks your Scout to study what it takes to survive in the rainforest. How would explorers set up for an expedition? How do they get there? What do they study and how? Your young scientist will have a great time finding out at our camp at Austin ISD's Applied Technology Center at Anderson High School. There are five week-long sessions in June and July.

Meet At Fickett 

The Frank Fickett Center is not just a great building for all of your Scouting events; we also take reservations for groups outside of Scouting. It is a wonderful place for meetings, trainings, corporate retreats, holiday parties, or any other need your company might have. We can accommodate groups up to 300 people, have in house A/V, and very competitive rates - including a special rate for nonprofit and government groups.
