Sea Smoke's
organic and biodynamic nurturing of the soil and vines,
in conjunction with the unique combination of sun, fog, soil and meticulous
farming results in wines that are lush, elegant and expressive.
The wine exhibits dark fruits, such as Blackberry and plum skin, as well as
some baking spice and fresh flowers, including violet and lilac. The fine
tannins
and minerality are enhanced by the estate vineyard's characteristic
cool
climate acidity.
