The beer industry is pretty straightforward. "Brewers brew, distributors distribute, and retailers sell to consumers," says Matthew Park, vice president of finance and operations for New West Distributing in Sparks. In the United States, beer is a $54 billion dollar industry, with more than 3,000 brewers and 3,333 distributors. New West Distributing is the regional distributor of MillerCoors products and brands from Heineken, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Crystal Geyser and Arizona Tea, along with a number of craft beers.
