Cynthia Barcevic has been with the Trust over the past year, serving with us as an AmeriCorps member. We're so grateful to her for committing her time and energy to the Trust and our Rim Fire Recovery program - she's had a huge impact on our work in the Sierra Nevada. For her last hurrah, she's participating in the four-day backpacking trip along the Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne as part of By Land & By River - can you help her reach her fundraising goal?

Say thank you to Cynthia for offering a year of her life to service through the Sierra Nevada AmeriCorps Partnership - donate to her fundraising today! Let's help her get to her $1,500 goal!

A note from Cynthia about her time with the Trust...

In my current position as an AmeriCorps member through the Sierra Nevada AmeriCorps Partnership (SNAP), I have been given the opportunity to create a bond with the Tuolumne River in ways I could have never anticipated. Be it by leading canoe trips with local schools or planting trees with volunteers in the Rim Fire burn scar, my experiences serving within the Tuolumne River watershed have given me so much to be thankful for. Participating in the AmeriCorps service program has given me so many opportunities to further develop myself as a professional while allowing me to get things done for the good of the Tuolumne. I'm excited to celebrate the end of my year of service with this awesome backpacking trip - can you help me reach my goal?

Thank you for your service, Cynthia!
