DA Faculty = Best in Class

You want your kid to have the best teacher possible...and so does everybody else.
That's why educators, parents, and professionals are increasingly looking to Denver Academy to find the playbook for teaching and learning.

Please join us in congratulating Headmaster Mark Twarogowski and the DA faculty for their recent roles in advancing education in our community.
Headmaster Honored at DU's Morgridge College of Education

Denver Academy Headmaster Mark Twarogowski was honored on October 15, 2015 by the University of Denver's  Morgridge College of Education (MCE) for his efforts to  connect academia and the professional world for the benefit of others.

The event featured a discussion between Robert Sheets, Chair of the MCE Alumni Board and Headmaster Twarogowski, a MCE Alumni and current Ph.D. candidate.
The two discussed the role a school's architecture plays in fostering culture and how it affects a student's ability to learn, which is the focus of Twarogowski's current doctoral research.  Denver Academy's unique and effective approach to education was also a major focus of the conversation.

Additionally, the Morgridge College of Education unveiled and dedicated an Alumni Board Signature Event Honoree Wall, featuring photos of the 17 individuals--including Mr. Twarogowski--whom have presented at Alumni Signature events between 2007 and 2015. Other MCE honorees include John and Carrie Morgridge, Senator Michael Johnston, and Dr. Jerry Wartgow, Chancellor of the University of Colorado Denver.
