News from DAAD Canada
November sees the opening of the project database for the RISE program along with deadlines for several of DAAD's most popular scholarship and grant programs (see below). DAAD Canada highlights this month include taking part in the CBIE conference in Halifax and a visit to Dalhousie University on November 23rd.

Webinar, Wed. November 1st
Possibilities and Partnerships with German Higher Education Institutions

The DAAD Information Centre is partnering with the Canadian Bureau for International Education to offer a webinar on Wed. Nov. 1st from 1:00 - 2:00 pm EST . This free webinar will give an overview of the German Higher Education landscape and opportunities for student exchange, research collaboration and partnerships with German universities.

DAAD Canada will be at Dalhousie University, Halifax on Thursday, November 23rd to offer information sessions for both students and faculty on DAAD scholarship and grant programs supporting study and research activities in Germany.

DAAD at CBIE 2017 in Halifax 

If you'll be at this year's CBIE conference in Halifax be sure to seek out DAAD Canada at the Study in Germany booth in the conference Exhibition Hall where we'll be joined by representatives of seven German universities . DAAD Toronto's Director Dr. Alexandra Gerstner will contribute to three conference panels, so be sure to consult the conference program for full details.
