In the gym at Eagle Point, the concrete is being wet-cured for a week. Wet-curing concrete is a hydration process that helps strengthen the material and stabilizes the amount of loss due to evaporation. After being poured, the concrete is covered in water, then a plastic sheet, followed by more water.
Windsor Elementary School
July 28th update from Findorff Project Manager, Sara Michalski

The finish line is in sight for WES! Area is complete and will be ready for move in. Area B is coming along great, with flooring scheduled for this week. Casework and markerboards are installed in the classrooms. The library flooring will be installed soon.

Each grade's space has its own accent color. This color can be seen on the soffits in the resource and cubby areas, and is accented on the carpeting in the classrooms of that grade. The color scheme is broken down like this: Kindergarten/2nd grade: purple; 1st grade: yellow; 3rd grade: teal; 4th grade: orange.
