ANNOUNCING BEYOND THE BLACK GATE SECOND PRINTING

Longtime fans of pulp fantasy art will know the name Ken Kelly. Coming of age in the 70’s with high-profile projects on Warren magazines like
Creepy
and
Eerie
, Ken Kelly began his career as a protege of Frank Frazetta and soon had his own cult following. Now we’re excited to announce our first collaboration with Ken – his cover painting for the 2nd printing of
DCC #72: Beyond the Black Gate
, by
Harley Stroh
!
And if that’s not enough, this reprint also features an all-new backup adventure, “Attack of the Sky People” by

TALES FROM THE MAGICIAN'S SKULL, ISSUE TWO!
|
We are a big fan of classic sword and sorcery pulp fiction. When we launched the Kickstarter to get
Tales From the Magician’s Skull
started, you funded two issues worth of material. Now that issue #1 is printed and starting to ship to backers, it’s time to announce the details on issue #2.
The second issue of
Tales From the Magician’s Skull
will continue the great material that we put in place with the first issue. The second issue contains 7 new stories by some amazing talent, and will release in June—but you can
pre-order it today

We don't have one, we have TWO art announcements about the upcoming
DCC Lankhmar
project.
First up, we have the art from the Boxed Set itself!
For those who have been wondering what wunderkind Doug Kovacs has been up to, we can tell you that a big part of it can now be displayed. The talented Mr. Kovacs has been working as the lead designer for the visuals for the
Lankhmar Boxed Set
.
|
|
|
Today, we are happy to announce the covers for the
Lankhmar Adventure Modules
that will be coming out in conjunction with that boxed set!
And what an amazing set of covers they are….
The cover lineup evokes memories of the pulp novels of decades past. If you feel like you’re looking at a spinner rack of paperback novels in your 1970’s drug store, then we’ve done our job.
We’re currently able to showcase six of the
Adventure Module
covers. There will be one more that we will reveal in the months to come
