We Are Better Together
Special Thanks to Our Supporters

Thanks for joining us!

What a beautiful evening at Duke Gardens, this was  such an enjoyable night and your gift had a valuable impact on the success of the event. DCLT was able to exceed our goal of $20,000 raised. The forecast rain held out and MIPSO was quite entertaining.

We have plans for making this partnership an annual event and hope that you will will plan to join us. It is your support that allows us to continue developing permanently affordable housing and revitalizing the communities of Durham.

A special thanks to Erin Greenwald from Duke Performances & Marcia Julien from Sarah P. Duke Gardens. Their collaboration and effortless contributions added to the success of the event.

Thank you and we'll see you soon! Durham Community Land Trustees

Modular Houses Ready for Move-In

DCLT is wrapping up construction of two single family modular houses. These spacious 3 BR, 2 BATH housing units will soon be home to families at or below 60% median income. This is DCLT's second adventure in modular home construction. Infill lots on Estes & Rock Street provided a great opportunity to try modular housing construction again.

We are open!

We are now open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

There is also an option to become a "Food for All" owner for a discounted rate of $15.
