A message from the President...
Happy New Year!!
I'm really excited to serve as the 2016 DFW Chapter President. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all of our current Chapter members, especially former Board Members and Committee Chairs for their commitment, dedication, and resources. I am looking forward to working with the current Board Members, as well as everyone volunteering their time to serve as Committee Chairs.
Every year brings an abundance of joy, hope and wisdom as we develop a keener understanding of life. (My way of saying I'm getting older and hopefully wiser.) As we all know, life continues to be a learning process and we gain tidbits of wisdom along the way. I hope that our membership can embrace this new year with renewed energy and aspiration as each of us strive to share our unique perspectives and thoughts with other public procurement professionals.
The DFW Chapter of NIGP strives to provide members with the tools and resources to obtain comprehensive educational opportunities in the procurement profession and we are here to serve each member in the interest of promoting ethics, integrity and transparency in public procurement.
As we embark on the 2016 year, we need to continue to work toward programs that support our membership's professional growth and values.
Thank you for being a member and please be sure to renew your membership through our
