2nd Annual Department Kick-Off and Tech Showcase

Are you interested in learning more about the status of education in San Diego County? Join us on Saturday, September 22, as practitioners in the field will be on hand to share and highlight their classroom tips and tricks on how to incorporate technology into today's classroom. Showcase Sessions will include topics on Inclusion, Project Based Learning, Linked Learning, Flipped Classrooms, and Technology in the Classroom. We hope to see you all there!

The SOLES Office of Admissions and Outreach is looking for students to serve as SOLES Ambassadors. SOLES Ambassador will have an opportunity to:
- Speak to prospective students on behalf of their academic program
- Be featured on the SOLES website
- Maintain a monthly blog detailing exciting classes, research, and their global studies
- Attend SOLES Admissions and Outreach events meeting and engaging with prospective students

2012 San Diego Regional CATESOL Conference

The conference will offer workshops, special sessions, poster sessions and publisher exhibitions. LRA sponsors a conference each year during the first week in December. The program consists of peer-reviewed symposia, paper sessions, study groups, and alternative format sessions. The program also includes keynote addresses by invited speakers and research reviews of current trends and issues.
