This annual event spotlights some of the most exciting development projects transforming downtown Rochester. With $843 million in the 2016 pipeline, downtown continues its remarkable comeback story. A handful of developers will share their plans and collectively celebrate the growing vibrancy in our center city!

This year the event is being co-hosted by RDDC, BOMA, IREM, NAIOP and NYSCAR. For those interested in a deeper dive, the luncheon will be followed by afternoon sessions on topics of particular interest to real estate professionals. More information on these valuable panels will follow.
