Every Wednesday, 9am @ DVIA
DVIA mom and certified yoga teacher, Carolina Paredes, is offering a free yoga class for DVIA parents!
All levels welcome, from beginner to advanced. Come sweat and de-stress with fellow parents. All you need is a mat (if you don't have one please let
Carolina know), bottle of water, a towel and YOU.
Please remember that children must be supervised at all times while on campus.

Understanding Your Adolescent Child: A Workshop for Parents with Karen D'Emilia

Join DVIA parent and pediatric nurse Karen D'Emilia as she helps us to understand the changes that arise as our children move into and through adolescence. We will discuss the physiological and emotional shifts that occur, as well as the parent/child relationship aspect and how to support our children in this developmental phase.
