We all know the story.  The press told us thousands of times.  The year in 1986.  Libya stood accused of bombing a Berlin night club, Americans were killed and President Reagan ordered a retaliatory air strike. There is one casualty, Colonel Gaddafi's young daughter. Yes, we all know the story but what we all don't know is that this story, told then as it is told now, is an utter fabrication, not just Libyan propaganda but a grand lie perpetuated by the press, fully complicit then as it is now.  Remember this?
