Final Days to Enroll in
HealthSource RI Coverage

Deadline to Enroll in Health Insurance Coverage is March 31st

Help Get Everyone Enrolled for 2014  

 
Individuals and families have until March 31st to apply for commercial coverage through HealthSource RI for 2014. If they miss this deadline, they will generally have to wait until November 15, 2014 to enroll in coverage that will start in January 2015. People eligible for Medicaid/RIte Care can enroll at any time.  

 
People can apply online at www.HealthSourceRi.com, or fill out a paper application, available to print from the EOHHS website. (Paper application also available in Spanish)

There are a number of ways that people can get help enrolling in coverage.

Help Paying:  

Individuals and families can get financial help paying for coverage through federal tax credits.  There is also help available through the State Premium Assistance Program for parents whose children are enrolled in RIte Care.
