We have some fun new products to celebrate Easter, Passover, and the arrival of spring. We also have some fun events coming up (see side bar to the left).
As mentioned, these items are so new, we haven't gotten them onto our website yet. So here's the scoop on what we have. You can order them just be emailing or calling us (207 899-3664) and telling us what you'd like.
For Passover
Double Dark Chocolate-Covered Matzos -- submerged in luscious 70% chocolate. Package of 4 (3x3 squares) $4.50
Hot Matzos -- also ensconced in 70% cacao, with some added cayenne pepper flakes and a dash of Maine sea salt to spice things up. Package of 4 (3x3 squares) $4.50
Dairy-Free Truffles -- choose from orange, coconut, or chocolate stout, or choose all three. 8 pc. $17.50 / 16 pc. $29.50
For Easter
Solid Chocolate Eggs (small-approx 1") -- choose milk or dark chocolate, or choose a mix of both. package of 8 eggs $6.50
Ganache-Filled Chocolate Eggs (large-approx 3") -- choose filling flavors: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or raspberry, or one of each. package of 3 eggs $10.50
Chocolate-Dipped Chick and Bunny Peeps -- the ubiquitous marshmallow peep, dipped in our own elegant 70% couverture. Choose bunnies or chicks. package of 4 peeps $4.50

Dean's truffle-making classes for
April 21 and June 9 are sold out, but please contact us if you'd like to set up a private class. Four participants needed. Many of you have expressed interest in getting into the kitchen and learning the tricks of the truffle-making trade. Please email us to let us know a date or two that might work. We are keeping the classes sizes small - limited to four to a class - so there will be plenty of opportunity to badger Dean (and sample the products). $65/person.
In this partially demo/partially hands-on class you'll get Dean's expert knowledge, his questionable humor, and at least a dozen of his unquestionable truffles to take home.
