Scott Gessler for Secretary of State

Hello ,

Deceased Coloradoans Still Receive Ballots - AND VOTE

If you, like Secretary of State Bernie Buescher, don't believe that voter fraud exists in Colorado - just listen to this...

Just yesterday, a Denver woman - who died in February - mailed her absentee ballot back.* Fortunately, the County Clerk caught the fraudulent ballot and rejected it.

This episode of a dead voter highlights a few serious problems. It shows that Colorado's voting rolls are sloppy. Colorado kept her on the voting rolls nine months after her death, and even sent her a ballot. How often does his occur? And can we be sure none of those ballots are slipping through?

This is just like the 12,000 voters listed as non-citizens. Yet again, slop in the database that opens the door to fraud.

On top of this, the current Secretary of State who is against photo identification and does not think that proof of citizenship should be required for people registering for the first time.

We have over 10,000 military and overseas voters in Colorado. And we have a Secretary of State who waited until the federal government MANDATED that he follow the law before he got ballots out to them.

We have dead people voting in Colorado, and we have a Secretary of State who has not taken action to clean up our databases.

But tomorrow we can choose Fair Elections for Colorado:

We can choose to elect Secretary of State who will clean up the voter data bases, aggressively ridding the voter rolls of ineligible voters, noncitizens and the deceased.

We can choose a Secretary of State who will require proof of U.S. citizenship and Colorado residency to register and vote.

We can choose a Secretary of State who will require photo identification at the polls.

And we can choose a Secretary of State who is a veteran, and will ensure military and overseas voters will get the ballots on time - without a federal mandate.

WE CAN CHOOSE SCOTT GESSLER

In the final day of this election, we still need your support.

Please consider contributing $50, $100, $250, $500 or $1,050 today.

And please, forward this email to your friends and family and encourage them to vote for Fair Elections.

Sincerely,

Jessica
