Christina's Corner
Staying healthy is just one of the keys to a healthy life.

Did you know Team H&H meets on a monthly basis and sometimes, weekly to discover new ways to really help and motivate each you?

We love doing the little things like making the snack you feel is too difficult or come to your home and meal prep with you.

Do you need creative cardio or a new routine?  Purchase a session and we can put something together for you, or bring some friends together for group creative cardio.  Of course you can always join Adrian, Mary Jo, and I at 415 am!  - no excuses.

And don't forget the weights, improving muscle strength does so much to tighten skin, keeps blood flowing, helps the nervous system function at a higher level which equals balance.  Did I mention you loose inches too?

Let's come together each week and make those weekly plans for success.  You got this! DeterminedDecember

Client of the Year
Jessica Neese

I joined His and Her Fitness about four years ago, and since then I have not only obtained my fitness goals, but have made some lasting friends along the way. My journey at H&H began with one simple goal in mind, get in shape!

As a firefighter/paramedic and mother of 3, I have always been an active person, but had a desire to push myself, and see what I was truly capable of doing. I have always been a goal setter, and I when I make commitment to a goal I approach it with an "all-in" attitude. I enjoy being challenged/pushed, and from the beginning the H&H staff recognized my fitness goals and helped me realize my potential.

I am honored to be chosen as the 2016 client of the year, a recognition that I honestly did not see coming. When I am told that I have been an inspiration to others, or that I have motivated somebody to challenge themselves, I am truly humbled. Whether in the gym, at work, or at home, I believe that your attitude is everything, and since attitudes are contagious, then why not approach life with a positive one!

Thank you H&H for the client of the year recognition! I am excited to have reached my fitness goals and happy to have motivated a few people along the way. Now get out there and commit to your goals! You will be amazed at what you can accomplish with a little attitude!!!

Here's to a great 2016!  I am so honored to close out the year of being named H & H Team Member of the Year.  It has been a great year here and the results have been off the charts.  Take a second to think about the progress that you have made this year on your journey of being healthy and happy.

Whether you have lost body fat or inches, gained confidence or self-control, you have made strides to being a better version of you.  I know I speak for all of the His & Her trainers when I say that we are SO proud of you.  Your progress and passion is what makes being a personal trainer worth it.

His & Her Fitness has presented me with amazing and challenging opportunities that I will not soon forget.  I was blessed this year to train so many of you and get to know you each in a unique way.  There is definitely a special bond between a client and a trainer, even if it is love/hate some of the time!  I for one am looking forward to 2017 with wide eyes and I hope you have already started thinking about your goals for the upcoming year.  Thank you to Christina and everyone at H & H for making this a quality and trustworthy place to work.  Most of all, a big thank you to all of you clients for making my job fun and rewarding!
