When emailing the studio please use our new email address: [email protected] This email address will be checked by our front desk staff. You can use this email address to:

- report if your child is going to be absent

- ask any questions about studio events such as performances, exams, etc

- ask any questions you might have about your account

We're excited about this new email address, as we believe it will help us to respond to your questions faster and more efficiently. 

As we transition to this new email, we will continue to respond to emails sent to our current email address.

Winter Dance Presentations

We invite all parents to come and watch the last 15 minutes of your child's class starting this week (December 15th - 21st). Come and see what we've been too! The last day of classes before the Holiday break is Wednesday Dec 21st. Classes will then resume on January 9th. 
New Classes in Winter 2017!

There are several classes being added to our schedule starting the week of January 9th. Registration is now open!

 

12 Week Session Classes for Adults: Tap Beginner, Ballet/Contemporary

 

12 Week Session for Kids: Tiny Tutus (2 - 3 year olds, parented), Creative Dance (3 - 5 year olds)

6 Month Session for 3 - 5 year olds: Tiny Toes/Creative Dance (3-4 year olds), Preschool Ballet/Tap (4 - 5 year olds)

6 Month Session for 6 years & up: Ballet (6 - 8 year olds), Jazz/Acro (9 - 12 year olds), Jazz/Lyrical (13 years & older).

Congratulations to our Acro Dancers!

A big congratulations to all of the dancers who completed their Acro exams and participated in the Acro workshop this November. The results were amazing! We are so proud of all of you. 

 
Competition Team Updates:

Costume deposits and festival/competition fees have now been charged to accounts. If you have not set up pre-authorized/post dated payments for these fees you will be contacted by the studio regarding payment. For access to your account statement, you can log into the parent portal or feel free to contact the front desk. 

We will be sending out an additional competition team email this week with some further reminders.


**Mark your calendars!!! Please note that the date for the March showcase has been changed to Wednesday March 22nd. It will still be taking place at Festival Place. This change has been posted to our website.

 
Waiting Room Etiquette

We are happy to be able to provide a bright space for students, small children and parents to wait while classes are taking place. A reminder to please be respectful of the space and those around you by: placing your garbage in the bin provided, not running or slamming doors, not playing directly in front of the studio doors, and not yelling or screaming. Thank you! 
Recital 2017

We're looking forward to our annual Recital in June 2017. Dates are as follows:

Friday June 9th: Dress rehearsal for all Recreational classes ages 6 years & older 

Saturday June 10th: Performances at 11:00am, 1:00pm & 5:00pm. All Recreational students will be assigned 1 performance time. Some competitive groups will be assigned 2 - 3 performance times. 

More information to follow in the new year.

February 6th - 11th: Parent watching week for all Recreational classes

February 20th: Family day, all classes cancelled
