Getting Inspired!
Staff and BOT members recently attended the Mid-Hudson Library System's 58th Annual Meeting at the FDR Museum in Hyde Park. Great speakers and discussions on Civic Engagement, "New Literacy, Fake News & the Job of the Informed Citizenry" and "Women in Politics" made for an inspiring and thought provoking day on the role of the libraries in today's society.
